Common questions
- Why price on leases instead of users?
- An owner's team does not grow when the portfolio does. Leases are what create the work — documents to ingest, facts to verify, deadlines to derive — so that is what we charge for. Seats are unlimited on every plan.
- What is the one-time abstraction fee?
- Getting your existing leases into the record. We ingest the documents, extract the terms, and your team verifies them. It is charged once per lease, not annually.
- What happens if the portfolio shrinks?
- Pricing follows leases under management at renewal. Sold assets stop counting; their records stay in your history permanently and remain readable.
- Do collaborators cost extra?
- No. Brokers, counsel, and managers are revocable guests scoped to specific properties. They never count against your plan and never take the record with them.
